FINOM
A graphic representation of delicious. Finom required a rebrand to support the expansion of its decadent cake and macaron business, and diversification into additional categories.
The name Finom means ‘delicious’ in Hungarian. When the Austro-Hungarian Empire was at its peak, the coffee houses of Vienna, Budapest and Prague were famous for their desserts, cakes and pastries. This tradition has continued in Eastern Europe and it influences Finom’s style of baking today: that food should look as good as it tastes, and delight all our senses. Sarah, the woman behind Finom, is inspired by nature and uses flowers from her own garden to decorate her cakes.
We created a brand identity that reflects the decadence, deliciousness, and joyful nature of Finom’s products. The design system incorporates a wordmark, monogram and a hand-drawn illustration set, and works across packaging, print and collateral.
