The Nature of Handmade
Many of the items we stock are created by using handmade processes; including screenprinting, drawing, weaving, wood turning, and hand-pouring. While we do our best to make these consistent, the processes inherently vary from item to item, meaning that no one piece is the same. Natural variations will occur which give each product its personality and human touch. This means that the items may vary slightly from the online photograph.
Deckled edge paper inherently varies in size as it is hand torn, so paper dimensions are approximate and may vary slightly from that stated online.
Pricing and Payment
All prices are given in New Zealand Dollars (NZD), and are exclusive of delivery costs. All pricing is final. We accept payment via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex), Apple Pay and Paypal.
Faulty Item Policy
If you’ve received a faulty or damaged item, please contact us or email hello@katecamerondonald.com and we will work with you to make sure the issue is resolved. In the event that we are unable to undertake a repair or provide a replacement, we will issue a credit note or refund to the value of the item at the time of purchase. We will not accept returns for any non-faulty items that have been used or incurred regular wear and tear.
Online Process
We must receive payment in full before you order can be accepted. Once payment has been received by us, we will confirm that you order has been accepted by sending an email to you at the email address you provide in your order form. We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days after purchase for in-stock items. For more information regarding delivery dates and times, please refer to the shipping section on our website.
Cancellations
Once payment has been received, unfortunately you are unable to cancel or alter the order.
Content Accuracy
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct at the time of publication. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation in colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.
Prices on our online store are current at time of display, and subject to variation without notice. We will do our best to display accurate descriptions and pricing, but are unable to warrant that the product descriptions or other content of the web site is accurate, complete, reliable, current or error free. We shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the products on this website.

We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy. KCD Studio will never distribute any personal information to third parties under any circumstance, including those who subscribe to our mailing list. The information we collect is used solely to process your order and stay in touch with you.
