Shipping Domestic
Delivery within New Zealand is by New Zealand ParcelPost Tracked. We offer a flat rate of $6 per order for this service.
We aim to dispatch orders within 2-5 business days after purchase for in-stock items. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with the tracking number. Be sure to check your Junk mail folder if not received, or contact us.
Shipping International
Due global to shipping constraints, KCD Studio currently does not ship internationally.
Returns & Exchanges
We hope you love everything that you order from us, but if something isn’t quite right, you have 7 days from the day you receive your parcel to return the item to us.
Full-priced items can be returned for an exchange where product is available or a full refund of the item(s) excluding shipping costs. Returned item(s) must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with all labels/tags attached and returned within 7 days of receiving your product. Returns and exchanges received outside the above timeframes will not be accepted.
Sale & promotional items including flash sale styles are not eligible for returns, exchanges or refunds.
Please note that all postage costs incurred in a return or exchange are payable by the customer. We are not liable for returned items that we do not receive, so we highly recommend sending back items via a tracked service to avoid being lost in the mail.
